Very impressed with the king suite we stayed in! Roomy, clean, quiet and the bed/pillows oh so comfortable. Fabulous continental breakfast in a spacious sunny room. Steps from Wells Fargo where our event was. Downfalls, would like to have a restaurant closer, even attached to the hotel would be excellent. We struggled to find food before and after the concert. Also, we received an extra charge for $21 that I’m not clear on the reason. We didn’t do anything extra, unless that’s a charge for parking?

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of downtown, but easy in and out of the parking lot and easy to get around in your beautiful downtown. It was a nice surprise that you had covered parking spaces. The staff was excellent overall, but Alyssa was exceptional. She was at the front desk when we arrived and she made sure everything was perfect for our stay. She's a gem, and I'm sure is a valued employee.

We were in Des Moines for an event at Hy-Vee Hall so the location was close and easy to walk to. Decor and cleanliness, as well as the friendly staff were great. They did have a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, oatmeal and waffles which were all nice.

Breakfast selection was good and offered a selection that everyone would be able to find something tasty to eat. Rooms were superior and very clean. Hotel location is right near the city and very convenient right next to the conference center.
